My Dodd Frank, FINRA and SEC findings
In the wake of
Dodd-Frank regulation
my over 33 years of experience
has positioned me to quickly identify processing gaps and inefficiencies that
could have major negative impact on small and large financial institutions. I've
identified a few of these in recent roles with major Financial firms.
I have uncovered inconsistencies within the TBA Reporting market resulting in FINRA/SEC ruling allowing for greater transparency (the heart of Dodd Frank). • 16 – BA (Domain skills with some understanding of Program/Project Management)--Bridgewater
• Strong communication skills-verbal, written and presentation
• Understanding of project management, how a large project is run/managed, their role and how to contribute effectively
• Business Analysis experience
• Domain knowledge is primary focus, Middle Office very important, understanding of servicing requirements in this space
• Workshop Facilitation-ability and experience, both internal and with the client, covering Operations, Technology, Client
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills-ability to analyze, synthesize, prioritize and make recommendations
• Ability to work independently, act proactively and drive resolution
• Solution driven
